About Birlika Collective
Birlika Collective is a system of connected companies built in Vienna. Each venture solves a specific problem, and together they strengthen each other. Our current ventures include Cardixx (professional networking), Knoweras (applied learning), Solscrap (industrial efficiency), C2T (business transformation and execution), plus projects in wellness and health tech, with more in the pipeline.
We are not a single company looking to fill a job. We are a team of 10, driven to do great things. We are not trying to build everything at once. Our goal is to grow a bigger team that can take on many projects together, build companies, raise investment, and reach exits, then reassign the team to build the next thing. We are looking for more people who want to build, not just be employed, and good humans who want to create things together with us.

What we are looking for
We are looking for entrepreneurs, not employees in the traditional sense. People who can build, ship, sell, or grow something and want ownership in what they create.
You can:
• Pick an existing venture and join as a builder or co-founder in your area (product, tech, design, growth, sales, marketing)
• Bring your own idea and build it inside the Collective, using our shared infrastructure, team, and network
• Split your time across ventures if your skills are useful in more than one place

Who we want to talk to
• Developers who can build and ship product, not just write code to spec
• Designers who think in product and brand, not just screens
• Growth and marketing people who can build an audience and a funnel from zero
• Sales people who can open doors and close deals without a playbook already written for them
• Anyone with a track record of building something, even if it did not fully succeed

How it works
• Compensation is equity-based and profit-share based from the start, with a normal salary added once investment is raised or the venture is generating revenue. We are building this up together: you get real ownership and a share of the upside as it grows, not just a paycheck.
• You get real ownership (stock/shares) in the venture you build, sized to your role and contribution.
• You work directly with the founding team, not through layers of management.
• Vienna is our home base and we prefer people who can be in Vienna at least part of the time, but strong remote candidates are welcome.
